What is the difference between "Professional" and "Developer" packages?
Both theme packages allow you to use the theme across multiple domains. The Developer Package has the inclusion of the PSDs. Both packages give you full access to our support options, including our ticketing system.
How does the payment process work?
You have to be logged in to FrogsThemes.com in order to buy a theme. If you try to buy a theme when you're not logged in, you'll be prompted to login before entering the checkout process. On the checkout page you'll be asked to enter your name and email address (so we know where to send the confirmation email). You can then checkout using Paypal. Once payment is complete, you'll be directed back to our site, where you can go to your Account page and download your theme.
I still haven't received any e-mail and can't log in. How long will it take?
Paypal can take up to 24 hours to process payments, so it may be that we haven't received confirmation of your payment yet. We'll send out a confirmation email as soon as your payment is received, so please be patient. If you haven't received confirmation after 24 hours, or you need your theme right away, please get in touch and we'll manually approve your purchase.
Which payment types do you accept?
We currently accept payment via Paypal. Paypal is safe, secure and widely used across the web.
