Before you sign up to FrogsThemes or use any of our themes, please take a minute to read our terms of use. By using FrogsThemes, you’ve accepted the terms set out below. These terms apply when you’re purchasing a theme from FrogsThemes.com, and also when you’ve downloaded one of our free themes.
When you buy a theme from FrogsThemes, or download one for free, you’re entitled to use that theme on your own site, or on a client’s site. You can either download a theme for free, or download a Pro version of the theme with extra features and support for a fee. FrogsThemes.com can only support paid members, and we reserve the right to change our terms and conditions, and the licences of our themes at any time with no prior notice.
The free licence allows you to use the theme on multiple domains, but you must include a credit link back to FrogsThemes.com
The professional licence allows you to use the theme on one domain.
The developer licence allows you to use the theme on multiple domains.
If you have purchased a professional licence, it is not permitted to use the theme on more than one domain. If you have downloaded a theme for free, you must include a followed, credit link back to our site.
It is not permitted to share our themes on any filesharing service, disk, website or other medium. It is also not permitted to resell our themes, or redistribute them in any form.
The free licence entitles you to the free version of our theme. You are not entitled to the Pro version, or any support from FrogsThemes.com. If you require support, you must upgrade to a professional package.
You may modify your theme to suit your project, but you are not allowed to redistribute, sell or otherwise share the modified theme. All of the CSS, PHP. HTML and Javascript comes under the original FrogsThemes.com copyright.
If you’ve purchased a theme from FrogsThemes, the licence is yours. It is not permitted to transfer your licence to anyone else.
The theme demos and other imagery on FrogsThemes.com are there to show you how our themes look and work. We love it when people blog about our site, so you are allowed to use our imagery if you’re talking about FrogsThemes.com. We do require a credit link back to our site however.
FrogsThemes.com provides support to paid members. Anyone who has purchased a Professional or Developer licence has access to our full knowledgebase, Pro theme documentation and support ticketing system. Free members have access to the free theme documentation, and limited access to the knowledgebase. Unfortunately, we cannot support theme modifications and customisations.
FrogsThemes.com will email you your purchase confirmation as soon as we’ve received payment. This is usually instantaneous, but can take up to 24 hours (Paypal may hold your payment for manual confirmation). If you haven’t received a confirmation email after 24 hours, and can’t find a download link in your FrogsThemes.com account, please contact us and we will send your confirmation manually.
There are no refunds. All sales are final. If you have a problem with your theme, please check or knowledgebase or open a support ticket. If you’d like to upgrade your Pro licence to a Developer licence, please get in touch and we’ll request payment for the extra amount.
All of our themes are compatible with WordPress version 2.7 and higher. We cannot guarantee compatibility with older versions of WordPress, or with third-party modifications, extensions or plugins.
Any information you submit to FrogsThemes.com will be used solely for the purposes of carrying out your transaction, delivering your theme, keeping you updated about your themes and our new products and services. They will also be used to address support issues.
